Cocktail ‘Vale Of Belvoir’
Empress Gin hosted a contest in which participants were asked to create a cocktail that showcases Victoria, using some of Victoria’s local products. We were honoured that one of the products they got to use was our honey. Adam Way created the winning cocktail recipe that he called: ‘Vale Of Belvoir’ with the use of our Pep per Infused Honey. This is his recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Empress Gin
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Garden of Secrets Syrup from TeaLeaves
- 1 bar spoon Habanero Infused Honey
- 2 dashed Lem-Marrakesh Bitters
- 1 Egg White
How To Prepare
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice, and shake well. Strain and dry shake, then open pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with Garden of Secrets tea blend, butterfly pea blossoms, and a dehydrated orange wheel. Serve with Peruvian dark chocolate from Sirene Chocolate and smokey maple sea salt from SaltWest.
