Grilled Corn On The Cob

This season we are carrying sweet and juicy Peaches & Cream corn from Sluggett Farms in Brentwood Bay, Victoria. It’s freshly picked every day, and tastes amazing on the BBQ. Try this simple recipe for grilled corn on the cob:

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn, in their husks.
  • Butter for serving.

How To Prepare

Heat the barbecue on high to 550°F. Put the entire cobs on the barbecue, husks and all (do not soak first). Turn occasionally, until the husks are completely charred on all sides. This takes about 17-22 minutes. Take the corn off the barbecue, and let it sit for 5 minutes until it’s cool enough to touch. Remove the silks and charred husks from the corn. Serve with butter, and enjoy!
