How to Prepare:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2. Beat the eggs lightly in a large bowl. Blend in pumpkin, milk, cream, honey, spices and salt. Pour the filling into the pie shell. Cover the edges of the shell with strips of foil.
Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Remove the foil, and continue baking for 15 more minutes. When inserting a fork, it should come out clean. Let it cool, and it’s ready to serve. Best served with whipped cream or ice cream.
